These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Sportykits Sportswear Ltd (“Sportykits”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Products & Customisation

We specialise in custom sportswear and teamwear including (but not limited to):

  1. Custom football kits
  2. Custom Basketball kits
  3. Custom Rugby kits
  4. Custom Volleyball kits
  5. Training wear
  6. Bespoke teamwear and accessories

All products may include personalised elements such as:

  1. Club logos
  2. Sponsor logos
  3. Player names
  4. Numbers
  5. Custom colours
  6. Bespoke designs

Because items are made to order, production begins once artwork approval and payment confirmation are received.

 

3. Quotations & Orders

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after this period.

3.2 Artwork Approval

Before production:

  1. A digital mock-up will be provided.
  2. Customers must approve all designs, spelling, sizes, colours, logos and positioning.
  3. Once approved, Sportykits Sportswear Ltd is not responsible for errors in the approved artwork.

3.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed once:

  1. Payment (full or agreed deposit) is received.
  2. Artwork/design has been approved in writing (email or any messaging service).

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include or exclude VAT (as specified at checkout).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Accepted payment methods:

  1. Bank transfer
  2. Card payments
  3. Online payment gateway

Production will not begin until payment terms are fulfilled.

 

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Standard Delivery

Production and delivery timeframe:

2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

This may vary during peak seasons.

6.2 Rush Orders

Rush production may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6.3 Shipping Responsibility

We use tracked couriers for all deliveries.

Once dispatched:

  1. Risk transfers to the customer.
  2. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

6.4 International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guides carefully before ordering.

  1. Detailed sizing charts are available on our website.
  2. Measurements should be taken accurately before placing orders.
  3. We recommend ordering sample garments for exact sizing and fabric quality assessment.

7.1 Instant Samples Available

To ensure correct sizing and satisfaction:

  1. Sample kits are available upon request.
  2. Samples may require payment and/or refundable deposit.
  3. Return of samples must follow agreed conditions.

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd is not responsible for sizing issues where size charts and samples were provided and approved by the customer.

7.2 Sizing Tolerance & Handmade Production

All Sportykits garments are custom manufactured and produced using a combination of automated and hand-finishing processes.

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our products, a manufacturing tolerance of ±1–3 cm (or industry-standard tolerance) may apply to all measurements.

This means:

  1. Minor variations in chest, length, waist or inseam measurements may occur.
  2. Slight differences between garments within the same order are normal.
  3. Such variations do not constitute defects.

Sizing charts provided on our website are intended as a guide only.

We strongly recommend:

  1. Measuring players carefully before ordering.
  2. Ordering sample garments where exact sizing is critical.
  3. Considering growth allowance for youth teams.

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd is not responsible for sizing variations that fall within standard industry tolerances.

 

8. Fabric Quality, Samples & Care Instructions

8.1 Fabric Quality & Performance

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd supplies performance sportswear manufactured using technical fabrics suitable for training, match play and general team use.

All product descriptions aim to accurately reflect:

  1. Fabric composition
  2. Weight
  3. Breathability
  4. Performance features
  5. Colour

Minor variations in:

  1. Fabric texture
  2. Shade
  3. Stitching finish
  4. Panel alignment

may occur due to manufacturing processes and do not constitute defects.

Fabric batches may vary slightly between production runs.

8.2 Sublimation Printing

All Sportykits Sportswear Ltd garments are produced using full sublimation printing technology, where designs, logos, names and numbers are permanently dyed into the fabric fibres rather than applied as surface transfers.

Because sublimation becomes part of the fabric:

  1. Designs will not peel or crack.
  2. Prints are fully washable when care instructions are followed.
  3. Colours are designed for long-lasting performance.

However, fading or deterioration may occur over time due to excessive washing, high heat drying, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Such natural ageing does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

8.3 Instant Samples for Fabric & Quality Check

We strongly recommend requesting a sample garment where fabric feel, fit, or finish is important.

To ensure customer satisfaction:

  1. Instant sample garments may be available upon request.
  2. Samples may be subject to payment or refundable deposit.
  3. Sample availability may depend on stock and product type.
  4. Return of samples must follow agreed return conditions.

Failure to request a sample prior to ordering confirms acceptance of the product specification as displayed on our website or quotation.

8.4 Care & Washing Instructions

To maintain product quality and longevity, all garments must be washed and cared for strictly in accordance with the instructions provided on the garment label or as outlined below:

  1. Machine wash at 30°C
  2. Wash inside out
  3. Do not tumble dry
  4. Do not bleach
  5. Do not dry clean
  6. Do not iron directly over prints or logos
  7. Air dry recommended

Failure to follow care instructions may result in:

  1. Colour fading
  2. Print damage
  3. Shrinkage
  4. Fabric deterioration

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper washing, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

8.5 Print & Personalisation Durability

All names, numbers, sponsor logos and embellishments are applied using professional-grade printing or embroidery techniques.

However:

  1. Excessive heat
  2. Harsh detergents
  3. Tumble drying
  4. Repeated high-friction use

may reduce the lifespan of prints.

Normal wear and tear over time does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

8.6 Suitability for Purpose

Our products are designed for general sporting use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected garment is suitable for their intended purpose (e.g., competitive match use, training, leisurewear).

We are not liable for damage caused by:

  1. Excessive contact sport abrasion
  2. Improper sizing selection
  3. Misuse outside intended sporting use

 

9. Colours & Design Accuracy

  1. Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from final production due to monitor settings and printing processes.
  2. Minor colour variations are not considered defects.
  3. Final production follows approved digital artwork.

 

10. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the right to use:

  1. Club logos
  2. Sponsor logos
  3. Trademarks
  4. Graphics

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have permission to use the designs.

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd is not liable for trademark or copyright disputes arising from supplied artwork.

 

11. Cancellations

Because items are custom made:

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  2. Cancellation before production may incur design or admin charges.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Sportykits Sportswear Ltd shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect or consequential losses
  2. Loss of profits
  3. Delays outside our reasonable control
  4. Customer-approved artwork errors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value.

 

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  1. Supply chain disruption
  2. Courier delays
  3. Natural disasters
  4. Government restrictions

 

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
