Refund Policy

All SportyKits products are made to order and customised specifically to your design, colours, logos, names and numbers. Because of this personalised production process, different refund rules apply compared to standard retail goods.

1. Returns & Refunds on Custom Orders

Customised, personalised, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

However, you are entitled to a remedy if:

  • The product is faulty
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect
  • The product does not match the approved design proof

In such cases, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

2. Customer Responsibility for Sizes

Customers are fully responsible for selecting correct sizes when placing an order.

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide carefully before confirming your purchase. If required, request a size sample before placing a bulk order.

We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or free remakes due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Player leaving the team
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

 

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from the approved design:

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Clear photographs showing the issue
    • Your order number
    • A brief written explanation
  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Failure to report within 7 days may result in the claim being rejected.

After review, if the claim is valid, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s)
  • Repair where appropriate
  • Partial or full refund
  • Credit towards a future order

The resolution method will be determined at our reasonable discretion depending on the issue.

 

4. Production Delays & Non-Dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched within 8 weeks from the date full payment was received, and the delay is solely our responsibility, you may request a full refund in writing.

This does not apply if the delay is caused by:

  • Late approval of design proofs
  • Delayed size confirmation
  • Changes requested after approval
  • Force majeure events (shipping disruptions, customs delays, supplier shortages, etc.)

 

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Design proofs have been approved, or
  • Production has commenced.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, we may deduct administrative or design costs already incurred.

 

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
